Welcome to Drydown. By downloading, installing, or using this app, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. App 用途 Use of the app

Drydown 提供香水收藏管理、配戴日誌、以及 AI 輔助的辨識與建議功能。AI 功能提供的資訊僅供參考，可能不完全準確，請勿作為購買或健康決策的唯一依據。

Drydown provides fragrance collection management, wear logging, and AI-assisted recognition and suggestions. Information from AI features is for reference only, may be inaccurate, and should not be your sole basis for purchasing or health decisions.

2. 訂閱 Subscriptions

• 付款：訂閱費用會在確認購買時向你的 Apple ID 帳戶收取。
  Payment: charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• 自動續訂：除非在當期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂，否則訂閱會自動續期，並於當期結束前 24 小時內收取續訂費用。
  Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• 免費試用：若年方案提供免費試用，試用期未取消將自動轉為付費年訂閱。試用期未使用的部分將在你購買訂閱時失效。
  Free trial: if a free trial is offered on the yearly plan, it converts to a paid yearly subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• 管理與取消：你可隨時於 App Store 帳戶設定中管理或取消訂閱。
  Manage & cancel: you can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
• 價格：實際價格依你所在地區的 App Store 顯示為準。
  Pricing: actual prices are shown in your regional App Store.

3. 免費額度 Free usage

非訂閱用戶可享有有限次數的 AI 功能免費試用。額度用盡後，需訂閱 Premium 方可繼續使用 AI 功能。收藏、日誌等基本功能永久免費。

Non-subscribers receive a limited number of free AI feature uses. Once exhausted, a Premium subscription is required to continue using AI features. Core features such as collection and journaling remain free forever.

4. 你的內容 Your content

你在 App 中建立的資料屬於你。你需自行負責你上傳或輸入的內容，並確保擁有相關權利。

Data you create in the app belongs to you. You are responsible for the content you upload or enter and for ensuring you have the rights to it.

5. 可接受的使用 Acceptable use

你同意不會濫用本 App，包含但不限於：嘗試逆向工程、干擾服務運作、或用於任何非法用途。

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse-engineer it, disrupting the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. 免責聲明 Disclaimer

本 App 以「現狀」提供，不提供任何明示或默示的保證。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對因使用本 App 而產生的任何損害負責。

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

7. 條款變更 Changes to these terms

我們可能不時更新本條款。繼續使用本 App 即表示你接受更新後的條款。

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
